Lead - Projects - Sugar Factory

- Be able to contribute to the refining process choices

- Design of refinery

- Design of manufacturing complex in terms of site layout etc both from a logistics/movement of material point of view

- Choices on civil engineering in the project

- Put together the local/expat team to supervise and support company that sends its team to erect refinery

- Fully understand local compliances on EPA, Labour Laws etc

- Site topography

- Geological study

- Manage the planning, coordination, monitoring and reporting of Sugar Processing project in Ghana.

- Pre-feasibility analysis of the investments covering preliminary market potential and budgetary revenues and costs.

- Procurement for Projects (as per internal / financiers procedures): floating inquiries for equipment & services required, evaluating offers received, negotiations with short-listed parties, detailed contract documentation.

- Provide strategic & technical assistance to vendors and partners whenever needed to achieve the objective
