Experience - 8-12 Years in Business Consulting / IT Consulting, Strategy / Program Management.

- Should have worked on regional & Global Projects

- Preferably experience in change implementation for any business unit or COE.

- PMP Certification is desirable

Education - Preferably from a tier 1 or tier 2 B School
