Lead Project Manager - Market Risk - BFS

- Our Client is seeking a Lead Project Manager for the program under the Market and Counterparty Risk Management team

- Act as change management advisor to leadership to develop or influence success of products and programs that are long-term, business-centric and medium to high risk, scope and complexity with broad impact across multiple lines of business.

- Be a top performing, Lead PM that will engage with the Program Sponsor and CIB leaders to pull together significant business process improvements for the Market and Counterparty Risk Management processes.

- Collaborate and effectively consult with key stakeholders, executive leadership, Product Owners, Sponsors, Strategic Partners, and other Change Management professionals to prioritize work, remove impediments, and achieve business outcomes.

- Have knowledge and understanding of capital markets, regulatory environment, investment banking product set, e.g., Rates, Credit, etc., and risk discipline, e.g., Counterparty Credit, Market, Issuer.

- Create and maintain project/system documentation including meeting minutes, functional specifications, test plans, user's guide, and release documents

- Ability to take data and infrastructure enhancements to help drive formalized schedule of metrics, key risk indicators (KRIs), and linkage to risk policies

- Drive risk management effectiveness through improved processes and procedures

- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication, and ongoing risk assessment

- Provide vision, direction and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that may be cross line of businesses companywide to support operations using organizational, strategical, institutional knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts
