- Leads the planning and implementation of Operational Transformation Programs & projects as well as covering some related productivity projects.

- Drumbeating the Operations Transformation program/s or project/s to collectively reach the ambition set, providing transparency for decision-making and supporting interdependencies.

- SPOC from Lalru for keeping track of product related trials for transformation & related projects

- Tracking and ensuring that respective leads carry out risk assessment, as well as trial plan for programs/projects, and to personally set-up/facilitate forums when needed.

- Accountable for leading the PMO process, ensuring KPIs & business criteria are achieved on Programs/multiple projects simultaneously. This includes the execution of projects to meet multiple project parameters, including project scope, market timing, cost, quality, multiple stakeholder expectations, and other defined and undefined requirements.

- Accountable to provide summary of key project highlights, and one-pagers to have one source of truth on task/project progress and status.

- Applies project management processes & tools and business/product development/Product Renovation/supply chain knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet or exceed customer expectations and Program/project KPIs.
