Lead - Program Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Program Manager with 9-13 years of expertise in program management, project delivery, and stakeholder collaboration.

The ideal candidate will excel at driving strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact programs within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

- Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps and timelines.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership.

- Ensure clear communication of program goals, progress, and challenges across all levels of the organization.

Risk Management and Problem Solving:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies.

- Proactively address challenges and implement solutions to maintain program momentum.

Team Leadership and Coordination:

- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

- Allocate resources effectively and ensure team alignment with program objectives.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Track program performance using appropriate tools and metrics.

- Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and updates to stakeholders and executives.

Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices in program and project management.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and program delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

- 9-13 years of experience in program management, with a track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects.

- Proven experience managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, Asana, or Trello.

- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management for large-scale programs.

Leadership Skills:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as:
