Lead - Product Technology - Bank

Our client is a Bank. Only candidates from Banking industry will be considered.

ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE

1. Activation and enhancement of IT projects for new product launch and incremental developments to the existing active products.

2. Identifying digital enablers and use-cases that can reduce cost and increase speed of extant processes

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Business/Financials

- Identify Business use-cases, gather requirements, ensure timely delivery of digital projects

- Support business with engagements with technology companies and solution providers in Digital lending domain for achieving targeted business numbers.

- Complete ownership of User Acceptance Testing activities prior to production release

- Incubate system integration of various fintech partnerships and API Solutions

Customer (Both Internal & External)

- To engage with stakeholders for process redesigning and automation in order to provide improved customer experience and consistency in decision making and faster TATs.

- Manage and Secure Buy-ins for BRDs, FSDs and UAT from key stakeholders

- Manage working relationships with IT vendors and solution providers

- Lead solution discovery and evaluation activities, drive commercial discussions to closures

Internal Process

- Developing new service and system offerings to facilitate new and existing partner engagements to boost and streamline business growth while reducing manual interventions.

- Raising new tech requirements for activation of products and offerings of MSE vertical basis the expansion of offerings to customers.

- Engaging into IT system developments based on the changes in Product Policies and Processes

Innovation & Learning

- Training various stakeholders for the new activated products, user journeys and processes to support the business.

- Leading Field visits to identify gaps in implemented solutions and providing remedy in near and long term

- Handover management & monitoring of new Fintech on-boarded to the Lead of Fintech and team.

Educational Qualifications - MBA / PGDM or equivalent / B.Tech + MBA

Experience - 5-8 years' experience in digital journey of secured products (LAP / MSME / Working Capital)

- IT project management / delivery experience in Banking domain is desirable, but not mandatory
