Responsibilities for the job :

- Lead a team of 1 and manage all processes related to small ticket personal loan product

- Lead Annual Operating Plan sessions and model creation

- Manage New policy & program tracking

- Be responsible for Tracking Collections performance

- Manage Funnel Tracking & UI/UX Management across web & mobile

- Create and update all SOPs for Enterprise Risk management

- Provide support to all audit teams (STAT, Internal and RBI)

- SPOC for ERM, FCU, Policy team

- P&L Tracking and FPnA SPOC

- Provide periodic analysis on market trends and undertake competitor analytics to understand where the customer preferences are moving and what are the competitor strategies to address the customer trends
