Lead - Product Manager- Savings & FD
- Product Development: Savings Account, Term Deposit & Digital Journeys
- New Products, Product Overhauls, New Market Segments and Channels (strategic alliances) linked to Value Build Up Projections, Profitability, Market Share.
- Digital Savings Account opening customer journey on Web application.
- Designing of new account onboarding process as well as improving the existing onboarding process.
- Creation of BRD and FSD to develop functionalities in IT and Core Banking System.
- Product Launch - Positioning, Branding, Marketing Collaterals, Communication, Roll out etc. Training - Channels, Branches - classroom / Knowledge series / query resolution within TAT.
- Fee Income - Monitor & review growth in fee income vis- vis targets
- Evaluating Profitability / Commercials for new alliances
- Periodical monitoring and review of Cost of Funds and present in ALCO meetings.
- Driving business - Monitoring parameters like cross sell, Product Holding, Product Mix, Channel Activation etc.
- Work with Marketing to develop and implement customer contact strategies and marketing tools to support acquisition, retention, and cross sell activities.
