We are looking for an entrepreneurial & experienced Lead Product Manager to join our growing Digital Product & Design organization.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management (of which at least 3+ years building a consumer-tech product), with relevant experience of building mobile products at scale.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Obsession about users - you place yourself in the position of your users, feel their problems and are driven to build something amazing for them. You have driven user research and usability studies in the past.
- Strong communication & presentation skills (written, oral and visual). Ability to influence and negotiate with cross-functional teams and be able to present information to all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams; and understand and apply situational leadership as needed. You are a strong relationship builder and advocate of the products and the team in the entire organisation.
- Intellectual curiosity - initiative to dig into the who, why, where, what & how.
- Experience of working with agile development teams and in putting product development processes in place.
- Inherent interest in Food discovery and delivery platforms and broadly in the consumer Internet & mobile space.
- Most importantly, an extremely positive Can Do attitude which continuously drives you to take initiative and demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation.
- Strong leadership skills and experience of managing teams.
What will be your key responsibilities ?
- Analyse Voice of Customer and Data from varied internal and external sources, competition and industry, and customer surveys to identify problems and opportunities, emerging trends and areas for product improvement.
- Build and prioritize hypothesis and drive user research to validate / reject ideas and hypothesis. Conduct regular usability testing and experiments to ensure that we define and build what is right for the customer. Obsess over a user centric design (mental models, storyboards, personas, contextual research, prototyping) by working closely with the Product Design team.
- For your ownership product areas, build a customer-obsessed product strategy and execution roadmap across brands and markets - for the short term to get quick wins and for the mid-to-long term to ensure sustainable customer happiness and business impact.
- Develop detailed product requirements documents, user stories, sprint plans and milestones, and work collaboratively with User Research, Product Design, Engineering, QA and Product Analytics across sprints to determine the best implementation and timely launch with the highest level of quality.
- Define success metrics for each feature and experience. On an everyday basis, track key product funnels and success metrics and identify continuous areas of improving the experience basis a strong data-driven mindset.
- Be the evangelist and owner of all communications and presentations across the organization for your product portfolio.
