JOB PURPOSE:
As part of various innovation projects, the team works on solutions that works across the interfaces such as e.g. Web, mobile app etc and support multiple services and use cases. These solutions are developed keeping the end users/consumers in mind. The role of Lead - Product management is to work on introducing new services and building new use cases. The role will enable services & use cases that are relevant and needed by the ecosystem. The role will support our customers to work on solutions that will help them in offering new services to the end users. The role helps in driving the tenet of being customer focus.
1. Identifying new services
2. Defining service flows and journeys
3. Creating new use cases
4. Developing and testing use cases
5. Building requirement and coordinating internal teams including UI/UX design and development , tech development , marketing
6. Testing the new service and use cases
7. Reaching out to customers/consumers
8. Analysing and monitoring the roll out process
Decisions made by job holder:
1. Understanding and finalising the customer needs (service and use cases)
2. User behaviour monitoring and interpretation
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
1. MBA + Technical qualification ( not mandatory)

Relevant and total years of Experience:
6+years , preference for candidates with prior experience in Retail payments / platform businesses
