Lead - Product Manager - Bancassurance

- Develop and execute the bancassurance product strategy in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

- Lead the development and enhancement of bancassurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, and other related products for banks.

- Define product specifications, pricing strategies, and distribution channels to optimize product performance and profitability. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including sales, revenue, and profitability, and implement strategies to drive growth and improve performance.

- Drive CBS, AD, Bank payment integrations with zopper core offering. Have thorough understanding of assisted, virtual and direct to customer sales journeys. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in bancassurance products and processes to enhance customer experience and competitiveness.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, insurance partners, vendors, and other external stakeholders to support product development and delivery.
