Lead Product Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, user needs, and growth opportunities.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with company objectives.
Product Development and Execution:
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products.
- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and communicate updates effectively.
Customer Experience and Insights:
- Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with customer support and sales teams to understand user challenges and incorporate them into product enhancements.
- Continuously improve the user experience by implementing innovative solutions and optimizing existing features.
Market Analysis and Business Impact:
- Evaluate market opportunities, size potential, and build business cases to justify product investments.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess product success and inform decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends, especially in the Ad Tech domain, to maintain a competitive edge.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams, ensuring alignment on product goals and priorities.
- Represent the product team in leadership discussions and strategic planning sessions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Core Skills:
- Proven experience in leading global products in international markets.
- Strong technical background with proficiency in data analysis and decision-making.
- Expertise in product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Ability to define KPIs and use analytics tools to track product performance.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with data visualization and analysis tools (e., Tableau, SQL, Excel).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e., JIRA, Confluence).
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical product features.
Domain Expertise:
- Knowledge of the Ad Tech industry is a significant advantage.
- Ability to size market opportunities and understand global market dynamics.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
