Product Management - Clevertap Lead

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Core Development & Processes

- Leads the CleverTap platform product direction across the company and carries ownership across Assets.

- In depth knowledge of Clevertap, Events creation, analysis, Data gathering, Journey creations etc.

- Should have experience in running campaigns across most of CleverTap's native channels like email, SMS, Web/App Notifications, Webhooks etc.

- Own, Integrate and maintain martech stack for Clevertap and drive optimization.

- Responsible for ensuring governance and security of the platform.

- Run A/B test, quick experiments and drive product led growth Initiatives.

- Anticipates future company needs and creates a compelling product vision.

- Partner with Web Performance team in goal setting and goal-achievement for the platform

- Trusted expert for all stakeholders on all aspects of the Clevertap platform

- Leads complex strategic initiatives to solve long-term platform problems around topics like stability, speed, scale, and security

- Collaborates with other product leaders to build innovative features and Integration

- Mentors junior members of the team. Is a role model to them.

- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to ensure the organization is solving the right problems for customers.

- Owns the vision & strategy for the Clevertap platform and prioritizes the high-level product backlog for it.

- Should have hands on experience In developing dashboards In CT/PowerBi and provide Insights to management.

2. Leadership & Team Development

- Add strategic value to processes through competition mapping and best practices adoption

- Scout the technology landscape to ensure adoption of emerging solutions and maintain innovative edge

- Determine individual training needs & development plans to build expertise and enhance skills

- Ensure high employee engagement and morale through right management interventions while ensuring a deep emotional intelligence in approach

- Identify and create development opportunities for team members to enhance technical knowledge.

3. Project Delivery & Innovation

- Provide the Plans for large scale implementations which goes across multiple tracks and be able to create and manage dependencies effectively

- Ensuring timely delivery of the projects by doing accurate estimation by deep dive to last level possible for solutioning.

- Executing POCs to validate technology roadmaps, feasibilities & possibilities with scalable solutions which are also versatile, inter-operable, can co-exist in the overall ecosystem and cost effective

- Leverage and sponsor innovation work, both through internal incubators and BFL's external start-up network to create, evaluate, and introduce novel technical capabilities into the platform.

Ideal Candidate :

- 6+ years of experience in Clevertap tool, and 8+ years' experience in the software industry (product, engineering, project management, etc.)

- Experience with leading Product Management for large and complex software products. Ideally in Martech industry

- Experience working with software engineering teams from concept to launch

- Passionate about serving customer needs as well as creating a long-term impact

- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Strong technical aptitude :

- Computer Science or Business Administration degrees preferred
