Lead - Product Management - Insurance

- Actively engage with the community to gather feedback on product features, understand and prioritize customer issues, and provide updates on the product roadmap.

- Proactively anticipate risks; engineering assess and escalate accordingly.

- Assist in organizing and presenting program reviews and status reports to business and senior management.

- Define and implement the marketing strategy, including plans for social media marketing and other marketing initiatives, for the product/service line(s).

- Manage all collateral materials for the product/service line(s).

- Collaborate with the business development team to prepare proposals and presentations for clients as needed.

- Ensure smooth operations for the product/service line(s).

- Develop new software product concepts, designs, and enhancements that align with market and user requirements.

- Efficiently manage budget expenditure and allocation across teams and projects.

- Propose operational plans, including targeted budgets, work allocations, and staff forecasts.

- Monitor and track the team's achievements and key performance indicators.

- Develop learning roadmaps to support the professional development of the team.

The Successful Applicant:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Development within, with a focus on collaborating with Technology and other cross-functional and leadership stakeholders to create, release, and enhance products.

- Education: Should come from a tech background. Technical background with experience in software development or web technologies.

- High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.

Working Model : Full-Time, Five Days a Week (WFO)
