Lead- Product Development

Location: Mumbai

Purpose

The position is responsible to lead enterprise level product development, using state of the art technologies

Primary Responsibilities:

- Strategize new product development, create roadmaps and schedules basis the needs of external/internal clients

- Consultative partner to business and Technology delivery leaders to define priorities and turn insights into actionable outcomes

- Implement go-to-market strategy for existing and emerging technology capabilities

- Design technology products and solutions for unmet customer needs

- Evaluate competitor products to plan product roadmaps

- Lead a team to develop and manage the full product lifecycle

- Ensure timely and quality delivery of products through quality assurance and testing including performance and security testing activities

- Ensure continuous and quality feedback and updates is provided to critical stakeholders at all times

- Manage budgets and cost efficiencies

- Continuous improvements of in house technologies and responsible for bring in world class technologies from the market keeping in mind long term strategy and efficiency

- Drive commercial growth, operational efficiency and integration with core portfolio

- Drive Innovation in all product development

Minimum Qualification and Eligibility

- An Engineering or MBA from a reputed management school with minimum 20 years of experience

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Product development and management

- Proven experience in pioneering and launching products for product companies

- Understanding of BPM products will be an advantage
