Job Title: Lead - Product Development - Digital Products

People Manager role

Job Overview: The Lead Product Development will be responsible for driving the development of innovative digital products from conception to launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet market needs and align with our strategic goals.

Job responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of product-related financial information to senior management and stakeholders.

- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, testing, and launch.

- Create and maintain detailed product specifications and documentation.

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a user-centric product design.

- Conduct user testing sessions to gather feedback and insights for product improvement.

- Analyze user data and metrics to inform product enhancements and iterations.

- Lead initiatives to automate and streamline control processes where possible.

- Act as a key liaison between product control, finance, risk management, and other departments.

- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management regarding product control and governance matters.

- Facilitate communication and coordination with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders as needed.

- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of control processes, procedures, and compliance activities.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies.

- Oversee team performance, provide feedback, and support professional development.

Minimum: 7 years in Product Development/ Digital Product or similar.
