Position: Lead - Procurement & Sourcing (IT & Non IT)

Job Description :

Responsibilities:

- Procurement and Sourcing - Non-IT and IT

- Identify and source goods and services that meet the needs and speci- cations of the departments.

- Prepare and issue requests for proposals, quotations, and bids to potential suppliers.

- Evaluate and compare proposals, quotations, and bids based on price, quality, delivery, service, and other criteria.

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers, ensuring compliance to the procurement policy and procedures.

- Manage and monitor contracts, orders, invoices, and payments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery and payment.

- Conduct risk assessment and due diligence on suppliers, ensuring compliance to the legal, ethical, and environmental standards.

- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers, internal customers, and other stakeholders.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance and quality of the suppliers and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.

- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise with the suppliers or the internal customers.

- Keep track of the market trends, best practices, and new opportunities in the procurement - eld.

- Maintain and update the procurement records, reports, and databases.

Required Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related - eld.

- At least 7+ years of experience in Non-IT / Indirect procurement, sourcing, or purchasing such as Admin & Facilities, Insurance, Professional Services, Consulting and other related transactions both for domestic and international regions.

- Knowledge of the procurement process, policies, and procedures.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in sourcing, evaluating, and contracting suppliers and vendors.

- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision making and cost optimization.

- Problem-solving and con- ict resolution skills.
