P2P Lead
Role purpose :
- Responsible for leading large teams in P2P and driving performance through people whilst maintaining a strong partnership with local markets, enabling teams and the inter dependent SSC teams.
- Requires to also constantly look for simple ways to resolve complex issues, drive the digital agenda and drive process optimization.
- Will lead a span of 100+ people in Real estate across India and Egypt on all processes including S16 stabilization Alternate Skills (if applicable) Transformation skills to influence change management and Analytical blend of working. Excellent communications and project executions capabilities
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
- Establish good understanding of the end-to end process working closely with the relevant parties viz. Local markets -finops/ Business, Internal stakeholders and Real Estate Community of Practice
- Drive transformational projects on end to end Real estate in operational and S16 processes through process standardisation and automation
- Ensure Real estate Data quality is maintained to drive the accurate financial reporting and accounting
- Ensure 100% compliance to Sox Controls and balance sheet polices
- Drive Key people agenda items to ensure we're able to build a Future ready 'SKILL factory'
Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5] :
- Experience in Real Estate/Accounts Payable and Lease Accounting (IFRS 16)
- Strong prioritisation, organisational and people management skills
- Experience of working in a multinational environment
- Comfortable working in a very fast changing and high-pressure environment.
- Strong Interpersonal skills
Must have technical / professional qualifications :
- SAP working knowledge
- Qualified accountant with 10+ years of experience in operations in a complex global organization is preferred
- B.Com/ M.com / MBA, CA
