Lead - Process Improvement

Role: Process Improvement Lead

Reporting to: Process and Quality Advisor

Job description:

- Identify gaps/opportunities in current ways of doing business, which can help drive increase in revenue or help optimize cost of execution/operation

- Work closely with key stakeholders and business heads to drive business and process excellence projects from ideation- assessment- impact analysis- recommendation- benefit quantification

- Drive continuous improvement projects through lean six sigma methodology (DMAIC) and DFSS

- Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working

- Identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system

- Take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls

- Actively monitor project risks to foresee potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance

- Ensure the business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported on and always managed

- Co-ordinate the process changes and organizational change management in alignment with the system

Key skills:

- Must have 7+ years of experience in driving continuous improvement

- Must have certification in six sigma black belt

- Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization

- Ability to implement relevant solutions to situational problems or changes

- Problem analysis and problem solving at both strategic and functional level

- Hands-on experience in implementing 6 sigma projects including blackbelt, greenbelt, Kaizen etc

- Should have worked implementing 6 sigma projects in Banking, Financial Services and IT companies

- Experience in working on Minitab

- Specific 6 sigma projects in Change request life cycle, Incident and Problem management
