We are looking for a Process Excellence Custodian for Talent Staffing team of a multinational conglomerate which is in the League of Fortune 500. They have over 120,000 employees, belonging to 42 nationalities. More than 50 per cent of their revenues flow from their overseas operations spanning 36 countries.
Role : Talent Staffing - Process Excellence
Reporting : Head of Talent Staffing (Exec Director level)
Job Purpose :
To continuously develop and sustain the positive experience of potential candidates, line managers, group's Staffing professionals with the group hiring policies, practices, and systems through standardizing the processes across the group, leveraging appropriate technology platforms and ensuring the implementation of the Common Minimum Program (CMP) with regards to hiring practices.
Follow through on the above will ensure that Group staffing practices are cutting edge and will impact the Employer Brand experience positively.
Responsibilities :
- Process Excellence & Audits: Define the signature recruitment process and communicate to all the businesses.
- Consistent Governance in Business Staffing : Create and establish an audit and governance structure in the area of Recruitment and Onboarding in order to identify and engage high quality talent and enhance the quality of hire for the Group.
- Analytics & Insights Psychometric : Lead the interpretation of Psychometric data in order to identify significant trends in data, as well as factors that could affect the results of research.
- Tech Support : Demonstrates Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, assessment tool databases and CMS.
Qualifications and Skills :
- 7 to 9 yrs of exp
- MBA from tier-2 B Schools
- Prior experience of handling large employee base across businesses and geographies
