Lead - Process Excellence - Lean/Six Sigma - Financial Shared Services Centre

We are currently looking for a Lean Six Sigma Lead - Process Excellence for a Financial Shared Services Centre of the topmost business conglomerates in India. The position is to be based at Vapi near Mumbai.

Job Details

- Lead the delivery of business improvement projects (including capital projects) to enable improvements in customer and business value. Provide training, mentoring and guidance to others in the business in the use of Continuous Improvement tools.

Job Purpose

- Lead the definition and delivery of large business improvement projects through the application of Lean Six Sigma and project management tools.

- Assist with the definition of potential projects to support the future growth of the business by identifying, quantifying and comparing potential projects, and playing an active role in the prioritisation process.

- Actively identify potential risks & issues relating to the delivery of projects and manage a resolution process in a timely manner, only escalating major issues.

- Work with business functions and SSC functions to develop and implement data gathering techniques to identify and rank opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Deliver training and provide mentoring support in Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, Kaizen and workshop facilitation techniques, while being an exemplar of all of these skills among others.

Knowledge & Skills

- B.Sc / B.Tech or M.B.A preferably a certified Black Belt/ Master Black Belt with a minimum of 5 years of experience in all facets of Process & Quality and Minimum 3 years experience of Lean Six Sigma & DFSS implementation in transactional processes (preferably shared services centre of BPO/ KPO with Finance background)

Salary : 15.0-16.0 LPA

Location: Vapi- 170kms from Mumbai
