Overview
Primary role is managing our - Process Excellence- team through effective service delivery, innovation and relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for managing delivery of the entire team, including ownership of utilization and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects and lead a team of seasoned Six Sigma resources experienced across domains and verticals
- Self delivery on improvement projects
- Unifying Technology (using RPA etc) and Analytics in BPO solutions
- Effectively create, unify, and guide teams of people with disparate skills
- Drive all phases of business and solution development, including research, analysis,due diligence, and evaluation of final solution/proposition
- Structure ambiguous problems, develop and apply conceptual frameworks and analytical approaches, create new tools and methodologies, and develop recommendations for client solution implementation
- Independently structure, write, and present well-organized and persuasive documentation
- Utilize strong communications skills including the ability to command an audience
- Develop intellectual capital including new and insightful frameworks and analysis
- Be a strong team player and developer of consulting staff
- Manage and collaborate effectively with team members of the consulting team and partner with cross-functional teams
- Meet or exceed specific growth projection as well as report and measure progress against month, quarter and annual goals
- Role will require travel and flexibility in working hours
Experience
- Must have minimum 12 years of experience with at least 5 years in experience in managing and leading teams
- Strong solution selling (consultative selling) expertise
- Qualified in identifying Automation and Analytical opportunities 3
- Comprehensive experience in building strategy and solution along with implementation
- Must have led mid and high scale projects in past, exposure to the end to end project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the programmes

Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma BB / Master BB preferred
- Training / Certification in Analytics and Automation (RPA)
