Lead - Process Development - Cosmetics & Pharma

Responsibilities :

- Evaluate and communicate new product/process feasibility.

- Conduct process development and validation of new products.

- Develop validation scope documents for project planning and management.

- Define requirements, critical characteristics and specifications for new technologies, materials, components and processes.

- Initiate, implement and validate changes via change control processes.

- Qualify new alternate materials and components in products and process.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Engineering or Science Graduate in Cosmetic/ Pharma with 4 to 8 years experience. Expertise in Healthcare or Personal care process / product development is preferred. Should have strong exposure in FMEA.
