Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Implement Research Projects:

- Develop comprehensive research plans aligning with organizational goals.

- Implement a variety of research methodologies such as customer surveys, FGDs, conjoint, and MaxDiff analyses to gather actionable insights.

2. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Apply advanced statistical techniques for data analysis and derive actionable insights.

- Prepare comprehensive reports presenting research findings and recommendations.

3. Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on research objectives and deliverables.

- Communicate research findings to stakeholders with clarity and precision.

4. Industry Expertise:

- Strong domain expertise in one or more BFSI sections

- Utilize deep domain knowledge in BFSI to add value to research projects.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in primary research in the BFSI sector.

Skills:

- Expertise in research design and planning.

- Proficiency in statistical analysis and software (R, Python, SPSS).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong project
