Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Presales Lead with 8-10 years of expertise in managing RFP/RFI documentation, delivering impactful presentations, and serving as a bridge between sales and delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of coordinating complex presales activities, driving documentation excellence, and supporting our sales teams with strategic input to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. RFP/RFI Documentation:

- Lead the response process for RFPs and RFIs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client requirements.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive repository of standardized content, templates, and frameworks for RFP/RFI responses.

- Collaborate with delivery teams to gather insights and create persuasive documentation that highlights our capabilities and solutions.

2. Presales Support:

- Work closely with sales teams to understand client needs, industry challenges, and competitive landscape.

- Collaborate with solution architects and subject matter experts to craft customized proposals and presentations that meet client objectives.

- Support sales enablement efforts through knowledge-sharing sessions, training, and mentoring of sales team members on presales methodologies.

3. Presentation and Communication:

- Deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients, articulating our solution offerings and value propositions.

- Lead client workshops and demonstrations, tailoring the approach to the client's industry and specific requirements.

- Ensure clear, concise, and compelling communication across all touchpoints with clients and internal stakeholders.

4. Sales and Delivery Alignment:

- Act as a liaison between sales and delivery teams, facilitating seamless communication and expectation alignment.

- Work with delivery teams to scope projects, identify potential risks, and develop feasible timelines and resources for execution.

- Gather client feedback and provide inputs to the delivery team to enhance future proposals and service offerings.

5. Market and Industry Insights:

- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

- Provide insights to sales teams on positioning and differentiating our solutions in the market.

- Contribute to the development of sales strategies based on market intelligence and client feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent would be a plus.

Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in presales, preferably in the IT or technology services sector.

- Documentation Expertise: Strong background in RFP/RFI documentation, proposal writing, and content management.

- Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Collaboration: Proven experience in working cross-functionally, with an ability to effectively bridge between sales and delivery teams.

- Location: Willingness to work out of Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad as needed.
