Lead POSH Process and Grievance


Responsible for ensuring end to end compliance under POSH Act:

- Policy drafting,

- Organizing POSH sensitization training,

- Finalizing IC,

- Ensuring amendment to Policy, whenever applicable,

- Ensuring 100% compliances under the POSH Act.

- Reviewing and vetting of the IC Report

- Advising on critical cases

- Vetting the drafts related to Suspension, Warning, Transfer, Termination w.r.t punishments under POSH

- Supervising & Ensuring Closure of cases

- Reviewing POSH policy and suggesting for updation as per Amendments and Industrial practice.
