Responsibilities (Overview):
1. HRIS & Workforce Analytics: Oversee and optimize HRIS for accurate data management, payroll, attendance, and privacy compliance. Develop dashboards to analyze workforce metrics, support staffing decisions, and leverage predictive analytics for talent planning.
2. Labor Cost & Productivity Management: Partner with operations and finance to monitor labor costs, optimize workforce deployment, and implement lean practices that boost productivity aligned with plant goals.
3. Compliance & Process Optimization: Ensure continuous adherence to labor laws, health, and safety standards through audits and compliance tracking. Automate HR processes like onboarding, attendance, and documentation for efficiency and compliance.
4. Performance & Labor Relations Management: Use tech-driven tools for performance tracking, succession planning, and labor relations management, ensuring fair evaluations, development plans, and streamlined grievance handling.
5. Training & Employee Engagement: Deploy LMS for technical skills and compliance training, ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational needs. Use engagement tools to track employee sentiment and implement remote monitoring for safety and wellness.
