Lead - Plant HR - Fashion Retail

Role Details:

- About Company: A Leading & Reputed Fashion Retail company in India

- Role Title: Lead Plant HR

- Location: Madhya Pradesh

- Reporting to: Business Head HR & Plant Head

- Team Size: 6 members

Role & responsibilities :

- Maintain Cordial Industrial Relation in the Plant to create conducive working environment

- Resolve any grievances of the employees in the shopfloor wrt HR & Admin

- Development of strategy for employee's growth considering forecasting as well as growth of the company (Succession planning, Cross functional transfer/moves etc.)

- Development of workforce strategies/ policies in line with local demographic specific inputs to achieve organizational goals and objectives in collaboration with Union.

- Ensuring HR related legal compliance both for company employees and contract employees

- Monitor and bring to a legal conclusion to all employee related legal cases in different courts

- Liaison with Government and political local bodies

- Facilitate employee development initiative like RLA/EBL/EFL

- Ensure providing of quality and on time Administration Services like canteen, transport, guest house, security, etc.

- Ensure the attendance system is operational and salary and wages are paid on time and correctly

- Ensure legal compliance for all Contractors.

- Manpower budgeting & ensure hiring of manpower as per the budget.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Must have at least 15+ years of experience in handling IR/ER within Manufacturing industry.

- Incumbent must have hands on exp in other HR functions including PMS & Union handling.

- Should have handled a minimum of 4 long term wage settlements.

- Proficiency in Hindi language is a must.
