Lead - Planning & Governance-Infra & FM for leading Bank - Mumbai


'My Client is a leading Bank in Mumbai

They are hiring for Lead-Planning & Governance-Infra & FM

Role will be reporting into Head Infra and FM to manage planning and governance for the Infra and Facilities management teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Project management/Execution - Coordination with respective Infra/ FM/ Technical/ Central and Design teams to provide periodic update towards project progress, highlight misses / risks (if any), work towards risk mitigation plan etc. Track self-identified risks- Track and update project schedules on all digital initiatives under Infra/FM/ Technical/ Central and Design Team to ensure timelines are provided and implementations as per agreed requirement. Coverage of all points as per the required workflow.

- Cost Management/Control-Review expenses and major cost impact and highlight the same and plan around on how to mitigate the same. All over cost reduction and avoidance. - Coordinate tracking Infra and FM budget with procurement team and periodic publish of the Spend VS Budget

- Advice upon the financial implications pertaining to the Project and other major heads where cost impact is more.

- Periodic review of the regular issues that have been highlighted by various Regional Heads and Team for review and mitigate reoccurrence. SPOC for Audit related points and management of all records centrally in coordination with the entire respective Infra/ FM/ Technical/ Central and Design teams.

- Share Consolidate presentation for client meeting

- Attend client meeting for preparation of MOM & action tracker

- Tracking of action items with vertical SPOCS for closure by due date

- Track sustainability initiatives with vertical leads

- Site inspection & quality checks -As and when required do site visits and do quality control checks and improvise

- People Management - Monitoring and ensuring people growth within the teams with constant feedback

- Vendor management - Empanelment of vendors, shortlisting & performance evaluation

Secondary Responsibilities :

'Process controls/Improvisation- Periodic review of all SOP's and process followed. Suggest and advice on process improvement basis latest market trends.

- Coordinate with SPOC of each vertical for preparation of Monthly presentation

- Attend and track important deliveries with verticals SPOC as per published project plan and schedules

- Schedule all important meeting within Infra/FM/Technical/ Central and Design teams.

- Consolidate presentation and issues to all invitees.

- Monitoring major milestones on major projects and deliveries

Strategy - Develop subject matter expertise in current trends across the market and share knowledge with stakeholders and colleagues.
