Key Responsibilities :
1. Drive organization Performance management process through appropriate interventions, communication and governance
2. Drive performance scorecard formulation & integration with organizational performance outcomes
3. Develop compensation and rewards strategies to attract and retain talent
4. Perform annual salary reviews based on market and sector specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness. Undertake research and analysis into market value of roles and recommend revaluing of roles, when required, to ensure business remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent
5. Manage variable pay program of the company in terms of budgeting, provisions and calculations
6. Be custodian of salary fitments process and salary ranges. Engage closely with Talent Acquisition teams and HR business partners to propose fitments for hiring globally
7. Build relevant benefit programs and work collaboratively with HR business partners to ensure efficient operations
8. Provide advice to the business on salary and compensation in line with statutory requirements as well as the Company's philosophy and guidelines
9. Oversee and periodically review the administration of benefits
10. Design and publish periodic dashboard.
Experience:
10+ years of experience in managing Performance, Policies and Rewards portfolio with strong knowledge of statutory requirements.
