Performance Marketing Lead - Saas Startup
Responsibilities:
- Be the owner of pipeline driven from digital channels to support sales motions.
- Create and implement a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy that includes identifying target audiences, acquisition channels, high impact opportunities for optimization, and budget allocation.
- Manage and optimize our website funnel and acquisition channels including organic, paid media (Search & Social).
- Manage our SEO strategy and implementation. Perform regular keyword research & website audits to identify tech SEO opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with the content team to build the content calendar based on our SEO strategy.
- Build and maintain our paid media strategy across channels like Google, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Build and execute a pipeline of experiments across our channels to optimize the website conversion rate and improve CAC.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, growth & product marketing teams to identify opportunities to execute new campaigns.
Ideal candidate and the expertise that we expect:- 4+ years of experience in handling digital channels for growth stage startups. SaaS experience is a plus.
- A genuine curiosity about SaaS and SaaS products; Adept with technology and tools.
- Nifty Excel/Sheets skills.
- Ability to framework-ize thoughts, communicate clearly and make genuine compelling pitches
- Be exceptionally detail-oriented and analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience working with Google, Facebook and LinkedIn ads and a strong understanding of account structure and how the channels work.
