Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Head of Performance Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive customer acquisition through various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing performance marketing for consumer tech companies, with a proven track record of success in channels like Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, and CRM. The candidate should have experience handling significant marketing budgets, leading a team, and be highly self-driven and data-oriented.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various digital channels including Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, and CRM.

- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, improve ROI, and achieve KPIs.

- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to drive performance.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as product, design, and analytics to ensure alignment and maximise results.

- Manage and optimise marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving targets.

- Built a robust creative strategy and drive with an experimentation mindset.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

- Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports for stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in a consumer tech company.

- Proven track record of managing significant marketing budgets (at least Rs 1 Cr marketing spends a month) and achieving measurable results.

- Expertise in managing digital marketing channels such as Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, and CRM.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Experience leading and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals.

- Highly self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.

- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

Must haves:

- Experience of 5-7 years driving performance marketing in consumer tech or services

- Hands on experience in strategizing and executing campaigns across digital marketing channels like Meta, Google, Youtube, affiliates, CRM

- Have managed the scale of 2 Cr INR+ monthly spends

- Led a team (2+) for at least 2 years

- Experience in app marketing in India

- Experience in strategising organic growth for products - SEO, ASO, Referrals, content marketing etc

- Has worked extensively on creative strategy from performance mktg campaigns perspective

- Deep knowledge of retention marketing and CRM

Key traits:

- Ability to strategize campaigns with unit metrics like CAC and RoAS

- Open to learning and collaborating with other teams

Good to haves:

- Experience in health care or high value industries like luxury, real estate, edu-tech
