Lead - Performance Marketing - FMCG

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Industry : Beauty, FMCG , Wellness , Healthcare

- Proven work experience as a Digital & Performance Marketing Expert or similar role

- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels like Meta and Google

- Have understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics

- Have experience of handling agencies for affiliates and large media plans

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM software

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

- Obsession around customer behaviour, customer segmentation, and targeting to ensure sharp targeting of customers with relevant communication

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field

- Managed a team of 2-3 people in the past is a plus

- Additional certifications in digital marketing or related areas is a plus
