As our Performance Marketing Lead you will:

-  Built & leading performance-focused product marketing and digital initiatives for acquisition and engagement and should have demonstrated growth opportunities.

- Demonstrated experience in managing marketing P&L and ROI on performance marketing initiatives.

- Core Competencies - Lead Generation, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital Content Strategy

- Delivered and played an instrumental role in a 10x user growth phase

- Has had hands-on experience in working with SEO agencies to drive organic growth traffic

Desired Skill Set:

- Mandatory 5-7 years of relevant experience in Performance and Growth Marketing

- Led a team for at least 1-2 years

- Should be from Tier 1/ 2 college

- Experience with marketing automation tools like Clevertap, Moengage etc

- Ability to work in parallel on conversion funnel optimization and lead scale up initiative
