Job Description:
- We have an opening for a Performance Marketing Lead to create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms.
- The prime responsibilities include generating and maintaining profitable client campaigns, conducting relevant research, and providing reporting.
- Must have previous experience in working for ecommerce companies selling in USA, UK & Europe.
- The ideal candidate has a strong background in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Youtube Ads.
- Plan, create and manage PPC campaigns across a variety of channels.
- Keyword research and management to optimize bids (add PPC keywords and negative keywords)
- Optimize bidding on keywords, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels
- Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns (review expensive under-performing keywords and ensure campaigns maintain quality, cost-effectiveness, and deliverable results)
- Create engaging and concise copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost CTR and landing pages to boost conversion rates
- Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to clients, management, and stakeholders (just management) analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
- Research and stay abreast of current SEM and PPC trends and developments
- Collaborate with other marketing colleagues to ensure joint strategic marketing objectives are in line with strategy and execution at all times
- Work with IT and web development teams to ensure the capability to deliver, capture, and ensure the success of aspects like landing pages, tracking codes, and integration of analytics
- Monitor budgets for paid search campaigns and also oversee the companys accounts on search platforms
- Track KPIs, identify discrepancies, assess performance, and produce reporting
- Have general coding knowledge.
- Strategize and launch campaign, including the process of audience targeting and keyword selection, and research
- Firm understanding of image resolutions, ad dimensions, and suitable file types
- Experience with app campaigns (Apple Search Ads, Google Universal App Campaigns) is a bonus
- Ability to generate & conduct A/B testing and provide summary report
Requirements:
- Masters degree in digital media, marketing, or a relevant field
- Certifications in paid ads, PPC or relevant field
- Prior experience in Paid ad campaign management
- Experience with content management systems (e.g. WordPress, Shopify, Drupal)
- Sound knowledge of Digital Marketing and SEO principles
- Sound knowledge of online analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends, Tableau)
- Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
- An analytical mind with excellent mathematical skills
- Individual performer and team player
