- Management of all high quality campaign activation programs across the business's online and offline channels across all Cross Sell businesses
- Building scalable programs and campaigns that span across online and offline channels. Planning and management of SEM, Email/SMS Marketing, Adwords, SEO as well as utilization of in-house channels such as customer branches, call centres, customer service
- Optimisation of programs, campaigns, landing pages through collaboration with the Product/Tech teams to drive ROI
- Management of digital projects including online promotions, online planning, display ads, web design and social media
- Launch initiatives aimed at enhancing the campaign efficacy through maintenance/building of in-house marketing automation channels
- In charge of reporting on the effectiveness of programs, campaigns and conversion rates
- Responsible for the profitability of the campaigns and for conducting forecasting and estimation on performance of campaigns
- Collaborate with the analytics team to optimize on the segmentation and targeting strategy for various campaigns
- Manage metrics to track customer satisfaction as well as engage with the customer in a post-purchase scenario with the aim of improving portfolio quality
- In charge of strategies to ensure that leads are converted into actual purchases by close collaboration with call centre/sales departments
