Job Description:


- As a - Lead Performance Marketer- , you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and achieving ambitious marketing goals across India and North America.


- Your responsibilities will include strategizing, executing, and optimizing high-impact paid acquisition campaigns across digital channels.


- Using data-driven insights, you'll ensure maximum ROI while navigating diverse market dynamics.


- This role requires an analytical mindset, proficiency with performance marketing tools, and a deep understanding of digital channels.


Key Responsibilities:


- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies tailored for India and North America, managing campaigns across social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), SEM, display advertising, and other platforms.


- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, adapt campaigns to resonate with target audiences, and address regional nuances.


- Performance Optimization: Leverage tools like Google Analytics to analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and implement improvements to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.


- Reporting & Insights: Create dashboards and reports to present performance data and actionable insights to stakeholders.


- Budget Management: Oversee budgets for campaigns, ensuring efficient resource allocation and forecasting performance against spending.


- Collaboration: Work closely with creative, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.


- Innovation & Testing: Stay updated on industry trends and test new channels, strategies, and tactics to enhance campaign performance.


- KPI Monitoring: Define, track, and report on KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.


Qualifications:


Experience:


- At least 5 years in performance marketing, with a proven track record in managing campaigns across India and North America.


Technical Proficiency:


- Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and similar tools.


Data-Driven Approach:


- Expertise in data analysis and modeling to extract actionable insights.


Strong Communication:


- Ability to present complex data and insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels.


Education:


- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
