Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the PMS for the on-roll field employees across locations.
- Design and implement field performance enhancement strategies.
- Contribute to company at both the strategic and operational level while delivering people management program.
- Work closely with the L&D content development & Technology team and establish effective facilitation in an app based format.
- Understanding of HR function and digitally driving training and performance management program for remote team.
Preferred Candidate:
- Self-driven, energetic, tech enthusiast who can work in a dynamic & fast paced environment.
- With 7-12 years in the field of Human resources management with an Technology degree and experience of driving tech initiatives.
