- Responsible for planning & executing a scientific performance management system and incentive schemes across the organisation in alignment with the business objectives.
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for Performance Management System across the organisation to in alignment with business objectives.
- Devise incentive schemes in alignment to business performance and targets.
- Establish and maintain objective system for measuring group & individual performance.
- Liaise with other functional/departmental HODs to define KRA's and targets for the year.
- Ensure timely payouts of monthly incentives.
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary performance management theory and methods.
