Lead Payroll
Job Requirement:
Payroll Processing & Compliance:
- Prepare monthly salary input.
- Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare statutory documents- PF monthly payments & applying for E-nomination, PF withdrawals, monthly pension fund and update the Members record in the PF portal, Annual Bonus Return filing, MLWF payments (half yearly) etc.
- Oversee all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely payments of employees.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems with experience in implementing and managing payroll systems
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and payroll-related statutory requirements.
- Generate payroll reports for management whenever required.
- Maintaining the Personal File of Employees.
HR Operations & Employee Records :
- Manage Employee lifecycle.
- Process ID & Business Card Requisitions
- Maintain & Ensure Data integrity in HRIS for employee data and records.
- Support on the annual HRMS maintain data, prepare letters etc.
- Update and track employee information, such as personal details, salary changes etc.
Benefits Administration:
- Support benefits administration processes, including addition/ deletion under mediclaim, Accidental policy for corporate employees
Qualification & Skill Requirements:
- Preferred - MBA in HR
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Mandatory experience with preparing salary structures / payroll on excel
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labour laws such as EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, taxation laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
- Good Analytical Skills
