Hiring, HR Ops Lead who will be responsible for Payroll and HR Operations.
Prefer immediate joiners and must be currently living in Bangalore.
Summary:
This role will manage the HR Operations to ensure consistent and effective implementation of HR processes, administer Benefits and Payroll Policies and Programs across multiple geographies
Responsibilities :
- Compensation and benefits administration including processing of bi-weekly and monthly payroll in various geographies
- Work within defined processes and ensure all payroll processes are successfully managed in a timely way (employee, third party, and statutory)
- Support Employee Relations processes and guide managers on people matters that require knowledge of policies, procedures, and local legislation, across multiple countries
- Developing process improvement to drive operational excellence within assigned countries and beyond
- Responsible for liaising with the statutory and state compliance authorities like PF, PT, ESIC government in India, and benefits administrators in other geographies
- Analyze data and observations across the organization, highlighting trends and recommending/driving solutions, as appropriate
- Manage the implementation of company HRIS systems and other platforms by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Desired Profile:
- Minimum of bachelor's/Master's degree in related field
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resource with multinational organizations
- Extensive experience in compensation, employment laws, organizational planning, and implementing HRIS systems
- Effective communication skills both orally and written
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure; able to manage and execute effectively on multiple, time-sensitive projects, with a keen sense of urgency
- Flexible and Adaptable to conditions and business requirements across Americas, Europe, and India time zones
