Hiring for A leading & fast growing Fintech company looking for a Lead - Partnerships & New initiatives.
Responsibilities:
They have a few established products which are doing well in the market, but have come across new use cases as asks from market. This role is focussed on the building these new use cases and will involve:
- Working with founders/top-Management to understand and evolveo company strategy
- Identify new business opportunities/partners
- Identifying partner objectives/challenges
- Working with company product/credit teams to evolve a solution
- Negotiating commercials
- Collaborating across different industries - banking, travel, e-commerce and many more.
Qualifications:
- BE/ MBA / Graduate / Postgraduate (pref Tier 1 institutes) with 7-8 years experience in innovation, new alliances, strategic partnerships/product/ business ideations.
- Consulting Experience is MUST (current/ Past)
- Atleast 6+ years of experience in consulting/ marketing & partnerships, sales ecosystem is great to have
- Strong Problem solving ability
- Proven Track Record of Demonstrated success in securing high-value partnerships and driving significant revenue growth
- Must have an extensive network of corporate contacts across relevant industries, particularly in India.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers.
- Ability to think strategically, understand market dynamics, and identify opportunities for growth.
- A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities and driving initiatives independently.
