- Helping Sales organization in partner engagement to enable and scale partner led business.  - Act as a partner development manager in helping Partner sales manager within lifecycle of recruit, onboard, develop & Manage partners.  - Role of a service provider to segments in XYZ and external partner organization in arranging services from Marketing, Prod & legal functions which enables them to plan, engage, train resources, develop execution strategy for enhanced joint market opportunities for desired revenue outcome .  - Helps segment sales in  Engage/recruit partner   - Research /Identify partner targets  - Make contact with Partner execs  - Qualify fit and Interest  - Determine & develop Partner Value Proposition  - Initial business planning  - Contract negotiations  - Relationship building with partner teams along with sales teams.  - Recruit and manage contracts  Activate/Onboard partner   - Program enrollment  - Contract nego/admin  - Initiate and drive Onboarding  - Intro virtual teams( partner support functions within GPG like partner marketing, knowledge management, partner ready products etc)  - Help sales and partner to develop business and marketing plan and long term GTM plan  Help to Ramp/Develop Partner  - Facilitate collaboration between People to people ( sales to sales, SD to SD, Mkt to mkt etc ) in XYZ and Partner org  - Evaluates the partner's strategy and operational structure and develops a pursuit plan that aligns XYZ solutions with the partner's business model and objectives.  - Helps in pipeline devl/lead generation plan formulation along with partner marketing team  - Sales coaching activities management in conjunction with Partner Knowledge Management team.  - Program manage execution of planned GTM between XYZ and Partner.  - Execution and delivery of new joint market plan for any new co-branded opportunities or joint value prop working along with partner marketing team.  Help to Manage Partner  - Early pipeline development and assistance along with market team till first deal ( lifecycle within ecosystem except customer engagement) and then let sales manage partner and opportunities  - Manage multi practice /multi location partners until fully ramped  - Transition ramped partner to segment sales manager for continual relationship Re - engage and manage engagement as and when new joint program needs occurs  Program Governance  - Run governance and review meetings with Segment sales teams for effective outcome of above activities  Team Management  - The region will further develop into segment wise partnership engagements and a team of engagement managers is envisaged who will directly work with individual segments and this role will manage that team.  - Required Skills & Abilities:  Min 10 years- experience in handling partnership engagement & GTM Strategy development with multifarious, multi-functional & multi organizational engagements  5 -8 years in direct partner management experience preferred with proven success developing & nurturing a two-tier distribution model for a high-technology company - Telecommunications, Managed Service Provider, Mobility, Security, Cloud etc  Excellent communication & presentation skills (verbal, written), organizational skills are essential  Telecom /IT industry experience is required  Worked across cultures, countries and environment  Past experience in managing c-suite interactions and relationships  Knowledge in business/project management, financial & analytics  Skilled negotiator, strategic thinker, with refined business acumen and exemplary communication/ presentation skills  Able to work independently yet collaborate cross-functionally in a team environment  Sufficient technical aptitude to understand and influence technology issues  High level understanding of telecom and adjacent businesses & technologies  Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to rapidly & repeatedly build strong working relationships with sales, marketing, and executive level resources  Team Management  - Strong team management skills required, ability to manage and motivate teams in tough and complex business environments.  - Ability to transition between manager, coach and leader .  Amit  9810900610
