Lead - Packaging Development - FMCG/Pharma

Opening with a reputed US MNC in Chennai for Lead - Packaging Development .

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Technology transfer of packaging operations to Manufacturing plant.

- Responsibilities include Qualification of packaging machines, validate component and machine qualification trials at the Manufacturing plant site.

- Partnering with customers and vendors to ensure packaging solutions are consumer-focused while meeting quality, cost and timing requirements.

- Investigate, emerging technologies, identify and evaluate new packaging technologies including sustainable packaging solutions. Recommends improvements to packaging operations

- Develop packaging qualification trail documents, material specifications and documentation

- Provide engineering support throughout all phases of development, working closely with manufacturing personnel as needed to evaluate equipment and related technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Engineering / Science Graduate with 4 plus years experience in Packaging development from FMCG / Pharma industry.

- Diploma in Packing development / will be an added advantage .
