Lead - OEM Relations
Roles and Responsibilities:
- OEM Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to integrate technology with legacy OEMs' products and platforms.
- Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations with OEMs, ensuring favourable terms and agreements that align with business objectives.
- Account Management: Serve as the key account manager for OEM partners, addressing their needs, concerns, and requirements to foster long-term relationships and drive collaboration; Identify growth opportunities and drive expansion initiatives.
- Business Coordination: Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery and supply solutions to OEM partners, meeting their timelines and expectations.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to identify new OEM opportunities, expanding network of partnerships and collaborations within the electric mobility industry.
- Reporting: Provides regular reporting and updates on OEM relations, including performance metrics, partnership developments, and strategic initiatives, to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Protype Development, Vehicle Integration, team, Operations, and Finance, to ensure alignment and synergy in OEM-related activities and initiatives.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the electric mobility sector, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
- Industry Representation: Represent company industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's brand, solutions, and capabilities to potential OEM partners and stakeholders
