- Implement key talent strategies and practices

- Design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet OD needs and program goals; designing and executing key elements of the OD process; measuring the achievement of established goals

- Help build organisation culture and capabilities

- Drive social and virtual learning culture

- Implement leadership programs

- Conduct and facilitate leadership training

- Vendor management for programs

- Learning effectiveness

- MBA from a Tier 1 B School

- Must have core OD experience for at least 3 years .
