Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct Benchmarking studies on compensation & benefit programs to review & recommend best practices within & outside sectors
- Renew HR Policies directed towards monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs & feedback.
- Undertake studies directed towards job analysis & job measurement to meet current & future needs of the organization, use insights & experience to enhance organization design.
- Responsible for running the manpower planning exercise by partnering with various cross functional stakeholders to understand business plan and requirements.
- Month on month Validation and reconciliation of budget vs actuals; analyzing that Span of Control and Productivity is factored in the annual workforce planning exercise.
- Reviewing department scorecards and comparing them YoY to ensure that key metrics are captured and given apt weightage.
- Partnering with business on strong incentive planning to meet desired outcomes.
- Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates.
- Deploy experience & expertise in implementing effective performance management program.
- Create a performance-oriented culture through monitoring on-going performance/productivity data; ensuring continuous performance discussions, development plans for key talent and corrective plans for low performers.
- Driving goal setting for the organization and conducting goal setting roadshows.
- Random audit of goals in the organization to ensure SMART goals are set.
- Assisting in creation of the PMS Strategy document encompassing bonus and increment grids and budgets for the whole organization.
