Lead - Ops Risk and Policy

Job Brief :

1) Responsible for Control testing of various risks in the Bank including Outsourcing Risk Management/ Product Governance Risks/ Compliance Risks/ Legal Risks/Fraud Risks/Other Operational Risks

2) Improving the RCSAs of various business units based on changes in regulations, open audit points, management self-identified items, changes in industry, etc.

3) Maintaining remediation trackers of the failed controls and circulating to the management for effective remediation within the defined timelines.

4) Providing exception reports on regular basis BCM framework of the bank. Ensuring that timely BCP drills take place

Ideal Candidate :

1) CA/CS is must to have for the role

2) 3-7 years of post qualification experience

3) Ops risk experience in a leading Indian Bank/NBFC
