Lead - Operations - Financial Services

- Responsible for formulation of the process improvement and defining structured workflows in line with the business objective set by the senior management and executing short term and long term central and branch operations KRA's at a national level.

- This position is a part of the Senior Management Team, expected to take over all view and contribute towards setting the direction of the Company.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the loan document with respect to central & Branch operation activities

- Setting up and monitoring back-end procedures up to disbursement of loan

- Crafting and monitoring new process and implementing software for maximum automation

- Responsible for MIS and compliance

- Responsible for smooth and delightful customer experience.

Minimum Requirements :

- Post Graduate with 12 - 15 years experience

- Relevant experience in Housing/ Mortgage business / National / Regional or Zonal head position in BFSI

- Excellent Leadership Skills & Communication Skill

- Team Management and Cross Functional Skills

- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and Self Motivated

- Relationship management with various impaneled vendors & banks

- Strong understanding of technology platform
