Lead Operations Analyst - IT

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering from an accredited college or university

- 2 years ITIL process experience

- Ability to analyze user reported problems, formulate root cause, and implement corrective action(s)

- 2 years of experience with Big Data development

- 2 years experience programming in at least one platform (Python, R, golang, Angular JS, Solr)

- Familiarity with Cloud services and architecture

- Experience with Big Data platforms, process and technology such as Pig, Hive, Hadoop, HBase

- Experience with Talend or Informatica ELT/ETL

- Experience with Greenplum
